Anyways, I made her Peanut Butter cookies, and really good ones too. Not to mention they are my own recipe that I just randomly made off the spot, take that! They're very simple, very delicious, and only use 6 ingredients! Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar, plus more for rolling
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or place parchment paper on two cookies sheets and set aside.
Beat peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in bowl of an electric mixer until combined. Add vanilla and egg and mix until well incorporated. Add flour and mix until a uniform dough forms and no more blotches of flour show.
Roll dough into 1” balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet and press a fork down twice to create a crisscross pattern. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they have only slightly firmed up and are barely browning (these cookies will not brown much, 10 minutes should do it, unless you like them crunchy.
